The Origins Of Our Food

Our bread and croissants are purchased from Oliphants a local bakery in Linlithgow. Bacon and sausages are supplied by
Campbells Prime Meats of Lathallan near Linlithgow .  Our black pudding is produced by Charles MacLeod of Stornoway and
our smoked salmon is responsibly farmed in Shetland.

The mushrooms we buy are grown in West Lothian and we use Scottish tomatoes when in season.
A local delicatessen supplies us with a selection of Scottish cheese and cold meats.

We make all our own marmalade, strawberry jam and raspberry jam using
soft fruit grown locally and the Heather honey is produced in Perthshire.

Our Tea and Coffee is Fairtrade.
